At Chandan, we are committed to provide world class facilities to our customers. We want our customers to benefit from greater convenience by ordering medicines/health products through our dedicated telephone or online ordering service. It allows medicines/health products to be delivered direct to your doorstep without having to leave the comfort of your own home.

Medicines are only delivered after showing the prescription slip and we take payment at the time of delivery of the order. Our innovative software, geographic location, and excellent customer service enable us to deliver your order as and when you require. But we take minimum of 2 hours to deliver from the time when order is received

Chandan offers a range of prescription and over the counter (OTC) drugs, food supplements, toiletries, skin care, mother and baby care and general healthcare products. We stock more than 14,000 varieties of medicines. We even have our own range of Ophthalmology products.

The minimum amount of order required for home delivery is Rs. 200. There are no charges for orders worth more than Rs. 500 and for Privilege Card holders, otherwise a charge of Rs. 20 is taken.

* Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to any alternative addresses including your office or at the home of any of your family members.
