Medicines are only delivered after showing the prescription slip and we take payment at the time of delivery of the order. Our innovative software, geographic location, and excellent customer service enable us to deliver your order as and when you require. But we take minimum of 2 hours to deliver from the time when order is received.

The minimum amount of order required for home delivery is Rs. 200. There are no charges for orders worth more than Rs. 500 and for Privilege Card holders, otherwise a charge of Rs. 20 is taken.

After you have ordered online you would soon receive a message on your mobile stating your order number. Our pharmacist would call you to confirm the order and will provide order details.

Medicines are dispensed through qualified (B. Pharma/D. Pharma) and trained personnel only. Billing is computerised and the facility to get consolidated monthly bills online to the customers is also available. The entire supply chain mechanism is also computerized. Online inventory management helps in maintaining adequate stocks and range all the time.

Our cardholders can view all their previous purchases anytime online. They can even search for purchases of any particular medicine/health product previously made.
